How to Eat Snow Peas

We've had our first garden harvest of the year.

30 snow pea pods, picked over the course of four or five days.

I hungrily gobbled the succulent pods down.

Grace squeezed them until the teeny tiny peas popped out.

That's all she ate, the miniature peas that popped out of the pods.

Silly kid.

  1. That’s too cute! My kids love garden fresh snow peas, but we were too late with planting this year for a spring crop. Going to try in the fall.

  2. Aww, cute! And at least she will eat peas – my kids won't go anywhere near them. I guess they come by that honestly though – I'm not a fan either. 😉 Great photos!! 🙂

  3. Oh. my. GOODNESS! That is too precious! I love her expression in the last photo. What a keeper!

    Thanks for the WW shout-out! You're a doll. 🙂

  4. So cute! A friend of ours (when he was a toddler) used to eat those baby corns (like in Chinese food) “off the cob” like a big piece of corn. It was always so cute to watch him!
