12 Things to See at Hersheypark Christmas Candyland

My family is a warm weather crowd. We don’t particularly like to go sledding or skiing or even hiking out in the cold. It’s just not our cup of tea. Thus, even though we’ve had season passes to Hersheypark for years, we have never gone during Christmas Candylane. Not even once. We go in the spring when the weather gets warm, all summer and fall, and then we stop except for an occasional trip to the zoo. Last weekend, when I was at the #SweetWelcome weekend, I experienced Christmas Candylane for the very first time. I was in awe.  First … Read more

Hershey’s ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park After Hours Tour

My favorite of all the cool things I got to do during my #SweetWelcome trip to Hershey was the After Hours tour of ZooAmerica. My kids adore ZooAmerica, and we have been there more times than I can count. You can get there through Hersheypark (which we always do), but it also has a public entrance outside the park. So you can go really anytime, and they are open almost every day of the year. They have activities for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, which are always super cool, and I also highly recommend you check out the Creatures of … Read more

Hersheypark Review

I would have posted these photos anyway, but this is a sponsored post for Hershey, PA. Last summer, Joe’s brother gave Grace Hersheypark tickets for her birthday. We spent eleven hours at the park, staying from before the park opened until almost closing time. We all left exhausted but excited for our next Hersheypark adventure. Shortly after that, we bought season tickets to Hersheypark. This year, our first Hersheypark trip was opening day. Allie is too small for a lot of the rides, but Grace is big enough to be her responsible rider for some things. This makes Grace feel very … Read more
