Official Rules - Giveaways & Sweepstakes

By entering any sweepstakes/giveaway on Feels Like Home, you agree to abide by these official rules:

If Official Rules are stated on the sweepstakes/giveaway post, those will supersede and replace the following.

  1. No purchase is every necessary to enter a sweepstakes/giveaway on Feels Like Home Blog.
  2. Each prize and retail value are stated on the sweepstakes/giveaway post.
  3. Sweepstakes/giveaway are open to US residents only, and all entrants must be 18 or older.
  4. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries (comments) on each sweepstakes/giveaway.
  5. All sweepstakes begin on the posting date and conclude on the date stated in the sweepstakes/giveaway post.
  6. Winners will be chosen notified within one week of the conclusion of the sweepstakes. Notification of a winning entry will be made and prizes claimed by email. Feels Like Home Blog and its representatives are not responsible for prize notification or claim not received.  Unless otherwise specified, winners have 72 hours to respond or will forfeit the prize. In that case, a new winner will be chosen and notified.
  7. The official method of entry for all sweepstakes/giveaways is to leave a comment on the sweepstakes/giveaway post. Sometimes, an optional entry may be provided. These are listed in the sweepstakes/giveaway post.
  8. Winners are chosen randomly, using a WordPress plugin called And the Winner Is...
  9. Duplicate entries will be deleted. Multiple entries from the same IP address are not allowed and will also be deleted.
  10. Feels Like Home Blog and its representatives are not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or entries not eligible due to typographical errors or failures to follow entry guidelines.
  11. Feels Like Home Blog is part of Feels Like Home Creative Media, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
  12. Giveaway winners agree to hold harmless Feels Like Home Creative Media, LLC and its representatives and the giveaway sponsor in the even that the prize or sweepstakes in some way negatively impacts the winner.
  13. All sweepstakes/giveaways are void where prohibited.
