Whenever we go to a picnic or potluck in the summer, we take this recipe. It makes use of the glut bounty of cucumbers we normally have in June and July, and it is wonderful paired with BBQ or hamburgers or sandwiches orÃ¢â‚¬¦ anything, really.

I’m in the mood for some comfort food, and nothing is more comforting than A1 sauce slathered over a big hunk of meatloaf. I don’t make meatloaf, mind you. This is 100% Joe’s department.
