We eat a lot of garlic. I love it; Joe loves it. Others don’t love us so much when we eat it, but if we both stink, neither of us notices. That’s marriage for ya, right? Those who stink together… Or something. This recipe came with the Fiore’s Garlic Sauce we got at the Farm Show, and it tasted even better the next day.
We really like extra garlicky foods, so we are going to add a couple of cloves of garlic to the garlic sauce the next time we make this recipe. I think it would also be nice to add some baby spinach leaves just before serving (so that it has time to wilt but not to get slimy).
