Ingredients

  • One pizza crust See link to homemade pizza crust in the notes below
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing See link below to homemade ranch powder or use commercial dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup shredded chicken 2 breasts if you cook the chicken and shred it yourself
  • 1/4 cup cucumber diced, (you could substitute bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, or any combination of veggies. I wouldn't increase the amount, though, because there's already a lot of topping on the pizza.)
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • Roll pizza crust out to fit your pizza stone. Bake according to recipe or package directions until it's golden brown.
  • Combine ranch dressing with half of the shredded cheese and the garlic.
  • Spread the dressing mixture over the pizza crust, then top with lettuce, chicken, cucumber, black olives, tomatoes, onions, and remaining cheese.
  • Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Here is the link to our favorite homemade pizza dough. You could use a pre-made dough, and that would certainly save both time and effort, but the homemade dough is really delicious and I promise that you won't regret taking the extra time.
Here is the link to our favorite homemade ranch dressing powder. That post includes directions for making dressing from the seasoning mix.
