How to make the best chicken salad pizza with ranch dressing - This simple and easy recipe makes a healthy and delicious meal with lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, cucumbers, and cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • Pizza crust See link to homemade pizza crust in the notes below
  • ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cups ranch dressing See link below to homemade ranch powder or use commercial dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cups shredded chicken 2 breasts if you cook the chicken and shred it yourself
  • ¼ cups cucumber diced, (you could substitute bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, or any combination of veggies. I wouldn't increase the amount, though, because there's already a lot of topping on the pizza.)
  • ¼ cups black olives sliced
  • ¼ cups red onion sliced
  • ¼ cups cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions
 

  • Roll pizza crust out to fit your pizza stone. Bake according to recipe or package directions until it's golden brown.
  • Combine ranch dressing with half of the shredded cheese and the garlic.
  • Spread the dressing mixture over the pizza crust, then top with lettuce, chicken, cucumber, black olives, tomatoes, onions, and remaining cheese.
  • Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Here is the link to our favorite homemade pizza dough. You could use a pre-made dough, and that would certainly save both time and effort, but the homemade dough is really delicious and I promise that you won't regret taking the extra time.
