Easy Broccoli Lasagna (Cheesy Vegetarian Lasagna with Ricotta)
This cheesy broccoli lasagna layers no-boil noodles with a creamy ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan filling and a rich marinara cream sauce. It bakes until bubbly and golden for an easy vegetarian lasagna the whole family will love.
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, broccoli, Italian seasoning, garlic, 3 cups of the mozzarella, ¾ cup of the Parmesan, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. In a small bowl, combine the marinara sauce and cream.
Spoon a thin layer of the sauce into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with 4 noodles, a quarter of the remaining sauce, and a third of the broccoli mixture; repeat twice. Top with the remaining 4 noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining 1½ cups of mozzarella and ¾ cup of Parmesan.
