A creamy base of cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and bacon gets layered with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and more bacon on top for all the flavor of a BLT sandwich in dip form. Serve it cold with crackers, chips, or veggies for an easy no-bake appetizer that's ready in minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, and half of the bacon with a hand mixer. Spread this mixture in the bottom of your baking dish.
Top the cream cheese mixture with a layer of shredded lettuce, then shredded cheddar, then diced tomatoes, then crumbled bacon.
Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
Notes
This dip is best eaten within the first day or two. The lettuce wilts and the tomato releases moisture over time, so the top layer gets watery and less appealing the longer it sits. You can refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.Do not freeze. Cream cheese and sour cream based dips tend to separate and turn grainy after freezing and thawing, and the lettuce and tomato wouldn't hold up at all.
