This fun dessert starts with a rich fudge brownie base and gets topped with a smooth layer of peanut butter and chocolate ganache, plus plenty of candy for that Reese’s-style flavor everyone loves. It’s the kind of PB pizza brownie that feels playful but still totally indulgent, loaded with peanut butter chips, cocoa, and all the best toppings.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 10-inch pizza pan with butter.
In a large bowl, mix together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed. Add eggs and vanilla bean paste and mix until glossy and smooth.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Use mixer on low or fold in with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake. An overbaked brownie is dry and hard.
Immediately set the pizza pan on a wire rack. Cool pizza brownie completely in the pan before adding the topping.
When the brownie is room temperature, make the ganache. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly each time, until melted and smooth (about 1 minute total). Make a little extra for drizzling.
Pour the ganache over the cooled brownie base and spread evenly to the edges.
While the ganache is still soft, top with Reese’s PB Cups, Mini PB Cups, Reese’s Pieces, and peanut butter chips (or whatever Reese’s candies you want).
If you're in a hurry, you can refrigerate the brownie pizza for 30-60 minutes or until the ganache is set. Otherwise, let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours, and the ganache will set up.
Cut into wedges and serve. Brownie can be served chilled or at room temperature.
