Ingredients

more or less as desired, will be easier to combine if it's warm

peppermint extract

old-fashioned rolled oats
gluten-free if needed

unsweetened cocoa powder

chocolate chips
or chopped chocolate bar

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a pint jar and stir until well blended.
Seal the jar and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serve chilled or warm in the microwave before serving.
Notes
To make vegan or dairy-free overnight oats, replace the following ingredients:
Greek yogurt - dairy-free Greek yogurt
Whole milk - Unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk
Honey - agave
Chocolate chips - chopped vegan chocolate
This recipe is naturally gluten-free, as long as the oats are gluten-free. Some are and some are not. Be sure to read the label carefully.
