These double chocolate overnight oats make breakfast feel fun with old fashioned oats and chocolate chip sweetness in every bite. This healthy, easy recipe is simple to stir together the night before and grab in the morning.
In a jar, add ingredients in the order listed above. Use a spoon to stir the mixture and break up any clumps.
Seal the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Serve chilled or remove lid and microwave for 30 seconds for a warm breakfast. Stir well after microwaving to eliminate any hot spots.
Store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

Nutritional information includes the Greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and chia seeds, all of which are optional.Overnight oats are great for meal prep as they can be made on Sunday and eaten all week. I don't recommend storing them for more than 5 days. Discard if they smell or look strange or if you see any mold.
