sliced thin (peeled or not, as you prefer)

onion
sliced thin

sugar
use half Splenda for a healthier dish

water

white vinegar

mustard

dried parsley

Instructions
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Peel stripes on your cucumbers. Slice into thin slices. Peel and slice the onion into very thin slices.
Mix cucumbers, onions, pasta, and oil until thoroughly coated.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad. Toss to coat.
Cover and chill 3-4 hours to overnight, stirring occasionally.
