Cast Iron Skillet S'mores Dip with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
This cast iron skillet s'mores dip is loaded with melty Reese's peanut butter cups and toasted marshmallows in every scoop. It's an easy, shareable dessert made and baked in one pan, ready to dip with graham crackers in minutes.
Slice the butter into 3-4 slices and place inside the cast iron skillet. Place the skillet in a cool oven. Preheat to 400ºF. While the oven is preheating, unwrap the Reese's peanut butter cups and open the bag of marshmallows.
Once the oven is preheated, carefully remove the skillet from the oven and stir the butter until it's completely melted. Add the peanut butter cups to the bottom of the pan in a single layer, then add the marshmallows on top of the peanut butter cups, flat side up.
Turn the oven to low broil and place the s'mores dip back in the oven until the tops of the marshmallows turn golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy hot with graham crackers.
