This buffalo chicken pasta bake is a creamy, cheesy casserole packed with spicy buffalo chicken, ranch, and tender macaroni. Perfect for easy pasta dinners, meal prep, or a freezer meal, it’s a fast and comforting dish your family will love!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, macaroni, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, celery, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the buffalo chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover the cheese with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.
