Peach Banana Smoothie

Servings 4 8-oz smoothies

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cups plain yogurt plain or vanilla, I used Stonybrook Organic French Vanilla.
  • 6 ounces V8 Fusion Peach Mango juice (use whatever flavor you like or even a different kind of juice. V8 Fusion contains veggies and fruits, so I keep it on hand.)
  • 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Throw it all in the blender.
  • Whiz it around til the ice cubes are teeny bits.
  • Pour into 4 glasses.

Notes

Each 8-ounce smoothie has 91 calories.
