Ingredients
  

  • 1 small box instant pistachio pudding 3.4 ounces
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 10 ounces crushed pineapple undrained

Instructions
 

  • Mix pineapple with the juice and pudding until well blended. Then add everything else. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • Top with additional whipped cream, chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, and maraschino cherries before serving.
