Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

- ½ teaspoon salt

- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Beat the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Do not over beat.
- In a separate smaller bowl, mix together condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Fold the condensed milk mixture into the heavy cream.
