This brown butter French bread stuffing is made with rich, nutty browned butter, hearty cubes of French bread, and plenty of celery and onion for a classic homemade stuffing recipe with real depth of flavor. It is easy enough for a weeknight side but special enough to serve as your go-to Thanksgiving or Christmas stuffing recipe.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
While the oven is preheating, brown the butter. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, stirring frequently until it starts to develop an amber color. Once it starts to change color, immediately turn off the burner and let the butter cool for 5 minutes.
Combine the chicken broth, eggs, and all of the seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until the eggs are thoroughly beaten, and the ingredients are homogeneous.
Add the bread, brown butter, celery, and onion to the mixing bowl. Fold together until fully combined.
Pour the stuffing mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake the stuffing for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center of the pan is no longer jiggly.
Serve hot.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Warm a plate of leftover stuffing in the microwave for about 45-60 seconds, stirring halfway through.
