These air fryer potato wedges are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned with simple spices that make them taste like a restaurant-style side dish at home.
Transfer the potato wedges to a large bowl. Add the oil and spices. Toss together so that the potatoes are evenly coated in the oil and seasonings.
Add the seasoned potato wedges to the air fryer basket, as many as your basket can hold, but make sure to keep them in a single layer and not overcrowd them. Depending on the size of the air fryer, you may need to do this in batches.
Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
