Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter soft but not melted
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter or creamy
- ½ cup white sugar plus extra for baking
- ½ cup brown sugar packed tightly
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350ºF.
- Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg together.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix.
- Shape dough into 2-inch balls and place them 3 inches apart on a baking sheet. Dip a fork in sugar and press in a crisscross pattern on each ball.
- Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
