These Air Fryer Garlic Honey Dijon Salmon Bites are healthy, easy, and packed with flavor from plain or hot honey and Dijon mustard. This recipe makes the best air-fried salmon bites that are low-carb, keto-friendly, and ready in minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 360ºF. Add honey, mustard, salt, herbs, and olive oil to a deep bowl. Stir until smooth.
Cut the salmon into cubes about 1 inch or slightly smaller on each side. Add the salmon bites to the marinade bowl and gently toss, making sure all pieces remain intact. If desired, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a half hour.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the salmon bites in a single layer. Air fry for 5 minutes.
