Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop out dough by the tablespoonful and shape into balls.
Place dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Using a finger or the back of a small spoon, form an indentation in the center of each cookie. Fill the indent with jam.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown around the edges.
Remove cookies from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
