Crockpot potato chowder

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cup Yukon Gold potatoes diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 43 ounces fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth (3 of the regular size cans)
  • 1 can canned condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • In 5 QT slow cooker, combine diced potatoes, chopped onion, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and pepper.
  • Cook 8-10 hours on low.
  • Add cream cheese and cook another 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Top with chopped scallions, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar.

Notes

If you're a WW follower, you'll be happy to know that it's only 3 points for a 1 cup serving. A tablespoon of crumbled bacon is ZERO points, and ⅛ cup of low fat shredded cheddar is 1 or 2 points, depending on the brand.
