In 5 QT slow cooker, combine diced potatoes, chopped onion, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and pepper.
Cook 8-10 hours on low.
Add cream cheese and cook another 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Top with chopped scallions, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar.
Notes
If you're a WW follower, you'll be happy to know that it's only 3 points for a 1 cup serving. A tablespoon of crumbled bacon is ZERO points, and ⅛ cup of low fat shredded cheddar is 1 or 2 points, depending on the brand.
