Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet pepper chopped (we've used green, red, and purple at different times)
  • 1 hot pepper we've used jalapenos and hot hungarian wax
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve with your favorite chips. Also makes a nice pico de gallo garnish for meat or tacos.
