Pecan Pie Squares - Pecan Pie Bar Cookies
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, blend together flour, sugar, butter, and salt until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly and evenly into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes.
In a second bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Stir in pecans to coat. Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes, until set.
Cool on a wire rack then cut into squares.
