Homemade White Pizza with Spinach, Onion, and Mushrooms
How to make the best white pizza with spinach, onions, and mushrooms - This recipe uses a homemade dough and ranch dressing to make a thick and crispy crust. Easy to make with lots of garlic and fresh veggies. This is a healthy vegetarian recipe.
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray pizza stone with cooking spray.
Unroll dough on stone; starting at center, press dough into a large circle.
Press garlic onto uncooked dough and use a knife to spread it around. Try to have an even layer of garlic over the whole pizza.
Prebake the crust for 10 minutes or until the crust is just beginning to turn golden on top.
Spread ranch evenly over garlic, leaving a 1-inch edge with no sauce. Note that you may not need the full ½ cup of ranch. It's best to err on the dry side than the wet side.
Top ranch with spinach, mushrooms, olives, and onion, then cheese.
Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
