Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 inch Mini Bagels splithalf
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 4 slices thin cucumber salted for 10 minutes and patted dry
  • 4 slices roasted red peppers patted dry
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Alfalfa Sprouts
  • ¼ cup raw carrots shredded

Instructions
 

  • Spoon hummus onto lower half of bagel. Spread cream cheese on the other half.
  • Top with cucumber and red pepper slices, followed by cheese, alfalfa sprouts, and carrots.
