Garlic Penne with Chicken and Mushrooms
cut into thin strips
or 3-4 cloves garlic in 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
(we use the Barilla Plus brand but use whatever you like)
Saute the chicken, chicken stock, mushrooms, onions, and garlic sauce for ten minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
In the meantime, cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Mix pasta with other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
