salad greens
we grow several kinds of leaf lettuce or buy spring mix

artichoke hearts
drained and chopped

slices
bacon
cooked and crumbled

feta cheese
crumbled

black olives
drained and chopped

mushrooms
sliced

red onion
chopped or diced

cucumbers
slicedhalf rounds

Parmesan cheese
freshly grated
Gazebo Room Greek Dressing
(by far our favorite; if it's not available where you live, you can make your own or buy a Greek dressing that you like)
Instructions
Wash and spin the lettuce and add it to a large bowl.
Layer all the other ingredients onto the lettuce. Toss and serve.
