No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 37 vanilla wafers divided
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bar divided
  • 2 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons cold milk divided
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed and divided
  • ¼ cups sugar
  • ¾ cups fresh berries

Instructions
 

  • Stand 16 wafers around the inside edge of a 9-inch springform pan lined with plastic wrap.
  • Melt 3 ounces of chocolate according to package directions.
  • Whisk pudding mixes and 2 cups of milk in a medium bowl for 2 minutes. Add melted chocolate, mix well. Stir in 1 cup of whipped topping. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and remaining milk with mixer until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the remaining whipped topping. Spread mixture over pudding. Top with remaining wafers.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.
  • Meanwhile, shave remaining chocolate square into curls using a vegetable peeler.
  • Invert the pie onto a serving plate so that the cookies are on the bottom. Remove plastic wrap. Top with remaining whipped topping, berries, and chocolate curls.
