Banana Upside Down Cake
2 sliced and 2 mashed
chocolate or yellow with ingredients required to prepare
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Combine butter and brown sugar and spread evenly in the bundt pan.
Top with chopped pecans.
Finally, arrange sliced bananas over the pecans.
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions except reduce the oil required by 1/4 cup to account for the liquid contained in the bananas.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in the thickest part of the cake comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes, then invert on a serving platter. You may have to scrape some of the nut mixture out of the pan if it sticks.
