Roasted Frozen Brussel Sprouts

It is not only possible to roast frozen brussels sprouts, it is easy using these instructions. This simple recipe makes crispy and tender brussels sprouts, perfect for any occasion. No need to thaw before roasting.

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Spread the brussels sprouts across a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle them with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • Roast the brussels sprouts for 30 minutes at 350ºF.
  • Turn the oven up to 425ºF for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Notes

You will cook these brussels sprouts on a baking sheet or in an extra large cast iron skillet. It is important to use one with a lip around the edge, to prevent any cooking juices from dripping off onto the bottom of your oven. If this happens, the oven will smoke and more than likely set off your fire alarms. Not that I know.
