Spread the brussels sprouts across a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle them with olive oil and toss to coat.
Roast the brussels sprouts for 30 minutes at 350.
Turn the oven up to 425 for an additional 10-15 minutes.
You will cook these brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. It is important to use one with a lip around the edge, to prevent any cooking juices from dripping off onto the bottom of your oven. If this happens, the oven will smoke and more than likely set off your fire alarms. Not that I know.
