1cupshredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the salad dressing, onion powder, garlic powder, and buffalo wing sauce so that it's well blended.
If you've forgotten to leave the cream cheese out (like I do every single time I need softened cream cheese), microwave it for 30 seconds. That will soften it enough to use. Add it to the salad dressing and spices and blend.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix it well.
Dollop the cheese on a large square of plastic wrap, and use it to form a ball. Pretend you're making a snowball.
Wrap the finished ball up and stick it in the refrigerator for a few hours to harden.
Once the cheese is firm, unwrap the ball, and roll it in the pecans.
