The Best BBQ Hamburgers

This is the best hamburger recipe you'll ever eat. BBQ sauce, onions, garlic, and more come together with great results.

  • Mix everything together in a large bowl.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a patty and place the patties on a cookie sheet in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Preheat your grill to high. Cook the patties to an internal temperature of 160 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.

Notes

We topped our burgers with cheese right before taking them off the grill, making cheeseburgers. They are so flavorful and spicy that they need almost no condiments. We ate a little bit of Miracle Whip on the buns, but nothing else.
