  • Press garlic on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix water with spices. Pour over chicken and potatoes.
  • Top with oil.
  • Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • To serve, top with a generous spoonful of feta cheese and a handful of sliced black olives.
