Healthy Onion Dip

  • 16 ounces Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup white onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions finely chopped
  • parsley chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Mix ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
