UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA CASSEROLE

This upside down pizza casserole recipe has a golden popover crust hiding a flavorful filling of meat, sauce, vegetables, and cheese.

You can use whatever pizza toppings you prefer. Pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, green peppers, onions, black olives, mushrooms... The sky's the limit!

INGREDIENTS

Ground beef Onion Olives Mushrooms Pizza sauce Italian seasoning Garlic powder Shredded cheese Eggs Milk Olive oil Flour Parmesan cheese

Sauté ground beef and onion over medium heat until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is soft and translucent. Drain.

Stir tomato sauce, olives, and mushrooms into meat. Add oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
