THE BEST OVERNIGHT  FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE

This overnight French toast casserole with cream cheese filling is a delicious addition to any breakfast or brunch, and it's extra special on holidays and birthday. Make it the night before and soak overnight in the fridge.

This is a simple make ahead recipe - you assemble it the night before, let it soak in the fridge until morning, and then you pop it in the oven and bake.

INGREDIENTS

Bread Cream cheese Vanilla Powdered sugar Milk Eggs Pumpkin pie spice Maple syrup Brown sugar Butter Flour

Spread half of the bread cubes in a 9x13 casserole dish.

Beat the cream cheese until it's completely smooth. Then add the powdered sugar and ½ teaspoon of vanilla and beat until combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture all over the bread in the pan.
