GARLIC PARMESAN ROASTED CARROTS

Parmesan roasted carrots are crispy and sweet, and the addition of the crunchy  cheese sends them over the edge to amazing.

Your family will devour these carrots at holiday meals, everyday dinners, and everything in between!

INGREDIENTS

Carrots Butter Fresh garlic Rosemary Shaved Parmesan         cheese Parsley (optional)

Mix melted butter, garlic, and rosemary together.

Toss carrot sticks in the butter mixture to coat them.

Place buttery carrot sticks on a baking sheet.

Roast carrots for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle roast carrots with Parmesan cheese. Roast for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with fresh parsley, if desired.
