– Chicken broth – Garlic flavor rice vinegar – Fresh garlic – Low sodium soy sauce – Red pepper flakes – Pork chop – Mushrooms – Carrots – Bamboo shoots

Ingredients

Heat chicken broth in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add rice vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper, pork, mushrooms, and carrots. 

Simmer for 15 minutes or until carrots are beginning to soften. Add tofu and bamboo shoots. Simmer for 5 minutes more.
