LOW CARB CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA

This low carb pizza crust makes a gluten-free, keto pizza with a chicken crust. 

It's a simple and easy recipe to prepare with ground chicken, spicy pizza sauce, and pepperoni or whatever toppings you prefer. Makes a delicious and simple weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS

Ground chicken Parmesan cheese Mozzarella cheese Italian seasoning Garlic powder Onion powder Salt & pepper Pizza sauce

Scoop the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper and form it into a flat rectangle.

Bake until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. (It will shrink.) Keep the oven hot.
