This spicy sriracha mayo (or aioli) recipe has a delicious sweet heat with a note of garlic. Sriracha gives is a flavorful heat, honey adds sweetness, and the mayonnaise base makes it rich and creamy.

Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha chili sauce, honey, vinegar, lime juice, and pressed garlic. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.

Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Garnish with fresh cilantro, green onion tops, and sesame seeds, if desired. Or serve plain if you'd rather.


Serve with coconut shrimp or your favorite fries or spread on a burger or sandwich or wherever you would normally use mayonnaise.

CAN AIOLI BE MADE VEGAN? Absolutely! You can change out the regular mayonnaise for vegan mayonnaise.

You can make this with a blender or food processor if you prefer. In that case, you won't need to press or mince the garlic ahead of time.

CAN AIOLI BE MADE LIGHTER? Of course! Simply replace the regular mayo with light mayo.
