Grace and I were invited to Blogger Day at the Philadelphia Zoo this week. Wow. Just wow. Before we left, Grace and I checked out the Philadelphia Zoo’s website. We looked at pictures of many of the animals, and Grace decided that she was most interested in seeing the hippopotamus, the rhinoceros, and the parrot. I was excited about seeing the gorillas, orangutan, and otters. Joe’s First Slip N Slide

A few weeks ago, on a shopping trip, Joe told me he’d never played on a Slip N Slide. I couldn’t believe it. Given this tragic news, I wouldn’t allow him to pass by the Slip N Slides without buying one. It was $9. Free Workshops for Kids – March

A few weeks ago, Grace and I stumbled upon the free Make and Take craft at our local Michael’s craft store. It was really fun for Grace and for me, and we came home with a great-looking picture frame that Grace painted to give to Joe for Valentine’s Day.
