The Best Potato Salad Ever
  1. If desired, peel the potatoes. We only peel them when my dad is coming over; he won't eat potato skins.
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks and boil.
  3. While waiting for the potatoes to cook, whisk all remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
  4. When the potatoes are soft, toss them with the mayonnaise dressing.
  5. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours so that the flavors blend.
  6. Serve chilled.
