Sausage Sandwiches with Onions and Mushrooms
  1. Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the sausages for a few minutes, until they begin to brown.
  2. Add the onions and stir occasionally until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms and the sauce. Cook until the mushrooms are your desired tenderness.
  4. Serve each sausage in a bun, topped with lots of onions and mushrooms.
