Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts with Fresh Asparagus
  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cheese.
  3. Lay the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a 9×13 pan. Divide the mayonnaise mixture evenly between the four pieces of chicken. Spread it out in an even layer. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  4. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. (Ours cooked for 27 minutes, but they were really thick breasts.)
