I don’t eat most of the foods that I ate before my surgery. Pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, all sugars – all out. My Favorite Greek Salad

There is a groundhog devouring our cucumber plants, so we haven’t harvest a single one yet. Lots of zucchini, loads of leeks, handfuls of green beans, but not a single cucumber. I’m sad about the lack of cucumbers. They’re one of my favorite veggies. Ideally, the fresh ingredients for this recipe could come from your garden.
