Homemade Hot & Spicy BBQ Spice Rub
  1. Combine all ingredients and whir in a spice grinder or blender until smooth. Store in a sealed container at room temperature.
  2. To use, brush meat with oil on both sides. Rub generously with spice blend. Wrap meat in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. Grill or bake as desired.
