Healthy Fruit Snacks Recipe
Pour the Juicy JuiceÃ‚® into a small saucepan. Add the gelatin powder and allow it to absorb for a few minutes.
Whisk the mixture gently to distribute any remaining gelatin powder.
Heat on medium about three minutes, until the mixture gets thin and runny. Do not boil!
Pour the mixture into a shallow pan. Use a spoon to fish out any clumps of undissolved gelatin.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from the pan. (It will stick, but if refrigerated long enough will be very hard and easy to peel out of the pan. I ran a knife around the edge first and then peeled it right out.)
Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
