Healthy Potato Chips Recipe
    1. Preheat your oven to 350.
    2. Cut the sweet potatoes into very thin slices, and arrange them on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil or spritz with non-stick spray.
    4. Sprinkle with salt or cinnamon sugar or pumpkin pie spice.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake another minute or two until they are a light golden brown and slightly crispy.
    6. Serve warm or cold.
